How to make a Philadelphia cheese steak less deadly for the ol’ coronary arteries:

  1. Eat them just once a year.
  2. Lose the cheese.
  3. Use chicken instead of beef.

Et voila, the chicken steak. Mine had pizza sauce on it too, and I piled on spicy pickled peppers. It’s still kind of a beast, but see #1 above.
