Amid a string of bad news and bad results for SeaWorld, word came this week that the aquatic theme park is closing the signature attraction at its San Diego location, the orca show featuring Shamu and pals.
“2016 will be the last year of our theatrical killer whale experience called One Ocean,” said SeaWorld’s CEO and president, Joel Manby.
